We stayed at this and the hotel is convient for driving but not so much for walking but I didn’t mind that. The worst was when someone used our bathroom and wrote on the mirror, that was a little odd but considering it’s Barsley I was not so surprised

Very easy to find with a large car park. Check in was really quick & easy. Room was very clean with plenty of toilet roll, towels & toiletries. Although the place is located right near the M1, I couldn't hear any traffic.

what went well -spacious room, hot shower, breakfast with great variety Even better if - cutlery to be cleaned thoroughly, breakfast food to get hotter, have one more chair in room

Sehr schönes Hotel, Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ruhig. Sehr nahe gelegen zum NHS, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Sehr große Lobby mit bequemen Möbel und vielen Lademöglichkeiten für Notebooks/Handys. Bar und Restaurant sehr gut, Frühstück warme und kalte Speisen waren OK.

Location private transportation required, very hot as no air conditioning once windows open, noisy from other visitors. Breakfast pretty standard, always busy so be selective about when you choose to take it. Shower lost temperature so that was an issue but gritted my teeth as did not wish to trek to the check in desk mid shower dripping.

This isn't my first stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the customer service hasn't improved. Even ordering a simple drink from the bar was met with a frown. I stay here only because it's convenient for my business needs, but it's disappointing that the staff seems so disengaged, which leaves a negative impression. The breakfast was dry and unappetizing, almost like eating rocks. Given the standards of Ibis hotels, I'm quite shocked at the poor condition and service here.

Nice clean hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, everything you need. I had an issue with the radiator on the first night as it just wouldn't turn off, this was quickly sorted once I told a member of staff. On my last night I couldn't get into my room with the keycard, it was already gone midnight so I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep, It took 2 訂房網站's to reception from the top floor before this was resolved which left me quite annoyed. On my last morning I paid for breakfast, It was a little disappointing, very basic selection on the continental side and the sausages were very poor quality and couldn't eat. There is however a Toby carvery across the road where I had breakfast the day before at a cheaper price, I would recommend going there instead

It is with real disappointment that I have to leave a negative review but after the service we have received was appalling the customer service of some of there staff would have to be looked at if they were mine or booking was mixed up which made it look like we had only paid for 1 room for 2 with 1 breakfast which was not the case, but was hounded by staff while eating breakfast to show proof that I had paid for 2, by the time I returned my breakfast was cold so left it to then find that we had also been locked out our room so had to get one of the cleaners to sort it. The last day we'll we went down for breakfast to find it a complete nightmare no food left no cutlery, no plates, no where to sit because there were plates, cups and rubbish everywhere 😢
